Updates slrn to the current pre1.0.4-9 snapshot with libcanlock support.

Update the slrn port to the current pre-1.0.4-9 snapshot with optional
libcanlock integration.

- Add optional Cancel-Lock support through libcanlock.
- Update the port to the pre-1.0.4-9 slrn snapshot and refresh its
