  textproc/en-hunspell: drop COPY=-lh so license install works across filesystems

COPY=-lh makes INSTALL_DATA create hard links instead of copies. The
license framework also uses INSTALL_DATA to install the bsd3 template
from ${PORTSDIR}/Templates/Licenses into the fake directory. On Magus
the ports tree and the work directory live on different filesystems,
so "make fake" failed with "Cross-device link" (error 71).
