  databases/postgresql-plproxy: fix fake-stage strip path (#1516)

Fix Magus run 648 failure for port ID 2261554. Avoid applying the
staging root twice in post-install. Validation: patch, build, fake, and
package completed; git diff --check passed. Portlint: no fatal errors.
