  filesystems/libfsntfs: set Python install directory (#1550)

Fix Magus run 648 port ID 2265666. Pass PYTHON_SITELIBDIR explicitly so
pyfsntfs installs under site-packages rather than the prefix root.
Validation: patch, build, fake, and package completed; git diff --check
and portlint passed without fatal errors. Analyzer assessment:
supported.

Configure libfsntfs to install its Python bindings in the standard
Python site-packages directory.

- Install the pyfsntfs Python module under the configured site-packages
directory instead of the prefix root.
