  www/rubygem-kaminari-actionview-rails-gitlab: fix license file path (#1527)

Fix Magus run 648 port ID 2271313. The gem ships MIT-LICENSE with
uppercase characters; retain the MidnightBSD mit license identifier and
correct the case-sensitive file path. Validation: check-license, patch,
target build, fake, and package completed; git diff --check and portlint
passed without fatal errors. Full dependency installation is locally
blocked by missing ruby33-gems package metadata. Analyzer assessment:
supported.
