  Fix redis-actionpack GitLab dependency (#1553)

Use the GitLab-flavored redis-store dependency to avoid package
conflicts in Magus run 648.\n\nValidation: clean package with
NO_DEPENDS=yes; portlint -C (warnings only); git diff --check.
