  Add grape20 build dependencies (#1554)

Make runtime gems available during fake-qa in Magus package
builds.\n\nValidation: clean package with NO_DEPENDS=yes; portlint -C
(warnings only); git diff --check.

## Summary by Sourcery

Ensure Grape 2.0 package builds can access their runtime dependencies
during fake-qa validation.

Enhancements:
- Make Grape 2.0 runtime dependencies available during package build QA.

Build:
- Add the existing runtime gem dependencies to the package's build
dependencies.
