  Update activestorage80 to 8.0.5.1 (#1559)

Align Active Storage with the current Rails 8.0 dependency family and
regenerate distinfo.\n\nValidation: bmake makesum; clean package with
NO_DEPENDS=yes; portlint -C; git diff --check.

Update the Active Storage 8.0 port to the latest 8.0.5.1 release and
refresh its package metadata.

- Update the Active Storage 8.0 Ruby gem port to version 8.0.5.1.
