  Fix Japanese NetHack package QA (#1572)

Fix Magus run 648 package QA by declaring the upstream license and
linked ncurses/X11 libraries, and removing the staging backup created by
reinplace.

Validation:
- bmake check-license
- bmake package
- portlint -C japanese/nethack34
- git diff --check
