  Fix kaminari Rails GitLab license path (#1573)

Fix Magus run 648 by matching the case-sensitive MIT-LICENSE filename in
the gem.

Validation:
- bmake package NO_DEPENDS=yes
- portlint -C www/rubygem-kaminari-rails-gitlab
- git diff --check
