  Fix Doorkeeper GitLab license path (#1577)

Fix Magus run 648 port ID 2269388 by matching the case-sensitive
MIT-LICENSE filename in the gem.

Analyzer assessment: partially supported. It identified the missing
license file, while the raw log and extracted source established that
capitalization was the concrete cause.

Validation:
- bmake check-license
- bmake package NO_DEPENDS=yes
- portlint -C security/rubygem-doorkeeper-rails-gitlab
- git diff --check
