  x11-toolkits/libadwaita: add missing 1.10 files to pkg-plist

The 1.10.0 update did not add files new in that release to pkg-plist,
so the package ships an adwaita.h that includes
adw-css-class-binding.h without installing it. Every C consumer fails:

  /usr/local/include/libadwaita-1/adwaita.h:49:10: fatal error:
  'adw-css-class-binding.h' file not found

(seen building net/librest1 for x11/gnome-shell).

Add the missing header, the bs and kw translations, and 38 new API
doc pages; bump PORTREVISION since the package contents change.

Validated: clean bmake package (fake plist check passes), installed
package provides the header, check-license, portlint (pre-existing
warnings only). Tests need a display and were not run.
