Log Message:

x11/gnome-shell: update to 50.5 (#1623)
Updates `x11/gnome-shell` from 49.10 to **50.5**. 49.10 links
`libmutter-17`, but `x11-wm/mutter` is now 50.5 (`libmutter-18`), so the
current port can't build. 50.5 is the latest release in the 50.x series
the GNOME stack is being held on (see #1619, #1620, #1621).
Changes:
- `libmutter-18.so` and `include/mutter-18/*` (previously `-17`)
- `pkg-plist`: the `Shell`/`St` typelibs and `libshell`/`libst` follow
the mutter API version, so `-17` becomes `-18`
- **ConsoleKit login manager patch** rebased onto 50.5, plus the members
50.x calls that the ConsoleKit manager was missing:
`getCurrentUserProxy()`, `preparingForSleep`,
`canRebootToBootLoaderMenu()` and `setRebootToBootLoaderMenu()`. Without
them, `timeLimitsManager.js` throws on ConsoleKit systems; that was
already true for 49.10.
- **Removed `patch-js_ui_endSessionDialog.js`.** It only removed the
boot-options menu because the login manager had no
`canRebootToBootLoaderMenu()`. The ConsoleKit manager now reports it as
unavailable, so upstream's code works unchanged.
- `PORTSCOUT=limit:^50\.`
## Validation
- `bmake makesum` passes, all patches apply to 50.5, and `bmake
check-license` passes
- **Not built locally.** The build box's installed dependencies are too
old (for example gsettings-desktop-schemas 47.1 against the required 50
or newer), so the compile and a full `pkg-plist` check are left to
Magus. The plist may need follow-up once Magus reports.
## Known issue: runtime
mutter 49 turned off the X11 backend by default and mutter 50 removed
it. The only remaining backend (native) needs logind, and
`x11-wm/mutter` is built with `-Dnative_backend=false -Dlogind=false`.
As a result, mutter, and so gnome-shell, has **no display backend** and
aborts at startup (`g_assert_not_reached()` in
`meta_context_main_create_backend`). This has been true since mutter
49.7. This PR fixes the build only; mutter needs a native backend via
elogind or ConsoleKit2 before GNOME Shell can run.
`x11/gdm` stays on 49.4: gdm 50 hard-requires libsystemd or libelogind
and removed its X11 greeter path.
Also found while testing: #1622 (libadwaita 1.10 plist is missing a
public header).

## Summary by Sourcery
Update GNOME Shell to 50.5 and align its Mutter integration and
ConsoleKit compatibility with the GNOME 50 stack.
Bug Fixes:
- Add the missing ConsoleKit login-manager capabilities required by
GNOME Shell 50.x, including sleep state and boot-loader reboot handling.
Enhancements:
- Update GNOME Shell to the 50.5 release and align Mutter library,
include, and typelib dependencies with API version 18.
- Remove the obsolete end-session dialog workaround now that boot-loader
menu capability is explicitly reported by the login manager.
Tests:
- Refresh port metadata and checksums for the GNOME Shell 50.5 release.
