-----------
www/linux-brave: update to 1.96.59 (#1630)
Update Brave from 1.85.111 to 1.96.59 (Chromium 154.0.8037.58).
**Changes**
- Bump `BRAVE_VER`, regenerate distinfo (amd64 + aarch64 RPMs)
- pkg-plist: drop `libEGL.so`, `libGLESv2.so`, `xdg-mime`,
`xdg-settings` (no longer shipped upstream); add `locales/bs.pak`,
`_locales/bs/messages.json`, `apparmor.d/brave-browser-stable`
**Rocky Linux 9 compatibility**
- Max glibc symbol version required: `GLIBC_2.25`; max NSS: `NSS_3.39`
(rl9 nss is 3.112)
- Every NEEDED library of `brave` is provided by a port already in
`USE_LINUX` (libudev comes in via `dbuslibs` → `systemd-libs`)
**Testing (amd64, MidnightBSD 4.0.6)**
- `makesum`, `patch`, `build`, `fake`, `package` succeed
- portlint: 0 fatal; the 11 warnings are all pre-existing
- Not tested: launching the browser at runtime; aarch64 build
