  graphics/mesa: avoid unsupported TLS descriptors

Mesa's TLS descriptor probe succeeds with Clang on MidnightBSD, but the runtime linker does not implement R_X86_64_TLSDESC. Treat MidnightBSD like FreeBSD and retain the compiler's compatible TLS default.
