  x11-wm/mutter: restore 47.10 (#1641)

Restores Mutter 47.10 required by GNOME Shell 47.

Validation: bmake patch and fresh bmake package succeeded. portlint -C
reports historical warnings only.

Restore Mutter 47.10 and update its port configuration and compatibility
patches for GNOME Shell 47.

Bug Fixes:
- Restore the Mutter 47.10 port needed by GNOME Shell 47.
- Adjust FreeBSD-specific compatibility patches for the restored Mutter
release, including Wayland/Xwayland and optional systemd support.

Enhancements:
- Align dependencies, build options, packaging metadata, and plist
contents with the Mutter 47.10 release.
- Update the frame-clock formatting patch for the restored source
version.
