  security/gnome-keyring: restore 48.0 (#1643)

Restores GNOME Keyring 48.0 for the GNOME 47 stack.

Validation: bmake patch and prior full package build succeeded. portlint
-C reports historical warnings only.

Restore GNOME Keyring 48.0 and align its port metadata and packaging
with the GNOME 47 stack.

Bug Fixes:
- Restore GNOME Keyring to version 48.0 for compatibility with the GNOME
47 stack.

Enhancements:

- Remove obsolete compatibility patches and adjust build options for
GNOME Keyring 48.0.
