Log Message:
-----------
devel/hs-ShellCheck: new port, ShellCheck 0.11.0 (#1670)
New port: ShellCheck 0.11.0, a static analysis tool for shell scripts.
Based on FreeBSD's devel/hs-ShellCheck.
- distinfo identical to FreeBSD's; no GHC boot packages vendored, no
bound changes needed
- MANPAGES option kept but **off by default**: it build-depends on
textproc/hs-pandoc (very heavy, and no package built yet); FreeBSD's
ppc64le-only tasty patch dropped
- amd64/4.0.6 with GHC 9.12.4: build/fake/package OK, no plist problems.
`shellcheck` on a script with `rm $f` reports SC2086; `--version` →
0.11.0
- portlint: 0 fatal
- Not tested: MANPAGES=on
