  databases/postgresql18-server: update to 18.6 (#1693)

## Summary
- Update PostgreSQL 18 to 18.6 and regenerate distinfo.
- Restore server plist entries omitted by checked-in truncated output.

## Validation
- Server: makesum, patch, build, fake, and package passed.
- Client and contrib packages built successfully.
- check-license and git diff --check passed.
- portlint -C still reports existing Makefile/work-directory findings.

Built on MidnightBSD 4.2 with the installed PostgreSQL 14 client
bypassed for version and conflict checks. Stable/4.0 was not exercised.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the PostgreSQL 18 server port to release 18.6 with refreshed
packaging metadata.

Bug Fixes:
- Restore the complete PostgreSQL 18 server package file list, including
entries omitted from the checked-in plist.

Enhancements:
- Update the PostgreSQL 18 server port from 18.4 to 18.6 and reset its
port revision.
- Regenerate distinfo for the PostgreSQL 18.6 source distribution.
