  ai/codex: update to 0.160.0 (#1695)

## Summary
- Update ai/codex from 0.155.1 to upstream stable 0.160.0.
- Refresh Cargo crate metadata and distinfo from the patched lockfile.
- Remove shebang targets deleted upstream.

## Validation
- Installed rustc/cargo: 1.95.0; upstream tag pins Rust 1.95.0.
- bmake patch, build, fake, package, checksum, and check-license passed.
- Staged codex reports codex-cli 0.160.0; runtime libraries resolve.
- portlint -C: 0 fatal errors, 2 advisory warnings; git diff --check
passed.
- bmake test exited successfully; the existing NO_TEST=yes setting skips
the suite.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the ai/codex port to the 0.160.0 upstream release and synchronize
its packaging metadata.

Enhancements:
- Update the Codex port to upstream version 0.160.0 with refreshed Rust
crate metadata and checksums.

Chores:
- Remove shebang entries for sample scripts and tests deleted upstream.
