  print/cups: update to 2.4.20 (#1706)

Update print/cups from 2.4.16 to 2.4.20.

Picks up the 2.4.17 through 2.4.20 releases with many security fixes
(CVE-2026-55467 fax number sanitization, IPP attribute name validation,
scheduler use-after-free, several buffer overrun fixes in raster
drivers) and bug fixes. License unchanged (Apache-2.0).

Validation on MidnightBSD 4.x amd64:
- `bmake makesum`, `bmake patch` (all existing patches apply cleanly)
- `bmake`, `bmake fake`, `bmake package` succeed
- portlint: only pre-existing warnings; "missing from plist" for the
three @sample config files is the usual false positive

Not run: upstream test suite (`bmake test` starts a live scheduler).
