  x11-servers/xorg-server: update to 21.1.25 security release (#1761)

## Summary

- Update all four `x11-servers/xorg-server` flavors to the upstream
21.1.25 security release.
- Regenerate the distfile checksum and refresh the BSD Meson patch after
upstream adopted the PowerPC CPU-family fix.
- This release addresses the 11 CVEs in the [October 2026 X.Org
advisory](https://www.mail-archive.com/xorg@lists.x.org/msg08351.html)
that affect xorg-server 21.1.x. CVE-2026-93522 applies only to Xwayland.

## Validation

- `bmake makesum`; SHA256 matches the upstream [release
announcement](https://www.mail-archive.com/xorg@lists.x.org/msg08352.html).
- `bmake patch` and `bmake package` for xorg, xnest, xephyr, and xvfb
flavors.
- `portlint -C`: 0 fatal errors, 20 warnings (existing
style/patch-format warnings and a generated package filename warning).
- `git diff --check` passed.

The port has `NO_TEST=yes`, so there is no upstream test target in this
port. Local package installation and a live Xorg session check remain
for follow-up.
