multimedia/filmcraft: add FilmCraft 0.6.0 (#1769)
## Summary
- Add `multimedia/filmcraft` 0.6.0 with the desktop video editor and
`filmcraft-cli`.
- Build both binaries from locked Cargo sources with the pinned upstream

licenses, and upstream notices.
## Validation
- `bmake makesum`, `patch`, build, `fake`, `makeplist`, `package`,
`check-fake`, `check-license`, and `test` passed on MidnightBSD amd64.
- `bmake test`: 64 passed, 0 failed across the selected app and CLI
suites.
- Both staged binaries report 0.6.0; the CLI inspected its built-in demo
project successfully.
- Package contents and GUI binary dynamic libraries were checked.
`portlint -C` reported 0 fatal errors and only the optional maintainer
mode warning.
- A live GUI session and stable/4.0 or i386 builds were not available
for testing.
