  www/qt6-webengine: limit i386 ninja jobs

Magus run 641 failed the i386 build with error 137 while compiling Chromium. The port already feeds MAKE_JOBS_NUMBER to ninja through NINJAFLAGS, so cap MAKE_JOBS_NUMBER on i386 to reduce memory pressure without slowing other architectures.
