  x11/xstdcmap: update to 1.0.6

Update from 1.0.5 to 1.0.6. Changes: bypass Xrm for -help/-version,
man page formatting/lint fixes, and optional meson build support
(autoconf remains the default). Built and staged (fake) on amd64;
distinfo SHA256 matches the upstream announcement.
