  x11/xvinfo: update to 1.1.6

Update from 1.1.5 to 1.1.6. Changes: add -help option, --help/--version
aliases, man page lint fixes, and optional meson build support (autoconf
remains the default). Built and staged (fake) on amd64; distinfo SHA256
matches the upstream announcement.
