  devel/libayatana-appindicator: disable gtk-doc build

The gtk-doc scangobj step generated by CMake builds its LDFLAGS from
library names only, with no -L/usr/local/lib, so gtkdoc-scangobj fails
to link against any ports library. The port does not install the
generated docs, so turn ENABLE_GTKDOC off, matching FreeBSD.

Also move WWW from pkg-descr into the Makefile as portlint requests.
