  math/gnumeric: update to 1.12.61 (#1101)

Updates Gnumeric to 1.12.61, removes PORTREVISION, refreshes
dependencies, and regenerates the staged plist.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test,
check-license, portlint -C, and git diff --check.
