  textproc/en-hunspell: add 2026.02.25 (#1021)

Imports the English Hunspell dictionaries from the local FreeBSD ports
tree for use with textproc/hunspell and Enchant.

MidnightBSD adaptations: mport maintainer and BSD-3-Clause license
identifier; fake-install path handling in option-specific install hooks;
category registration.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test,
check-license; portlint -C (0 fatals); git diff --check.

- Add the English Hunspell dictionary port with selectable Australian,
Canadian, British, and American dictionary variants plus regional
aliases.
