  x11/xdg-desktop-portal-luminous: update to 0.1.11 (#1143)

Updates xdg-desktop-portal-luminous to 0.1.11.

- Regenerates the Cargo crate manifest and checksums.
- Adds the upstream-compatible libspa 0.8 builder initialization fix for
opaque PipeWire builder layouts.
- Resets PORTREVISION to 0 for the release update.

Tested: bmake makesum; bmake patch; bmake; bmake fake; bmake package;
bmake test (no tests defined); bmake check-license; portlint -C; git
diff --check.
