  accessibility/orca: update to 50.2 (#1216)

Updates Orca to 50.2 and replaces py-dbus with the required py-dasbus
dependency.

The staged payload was regenerated from a successful fake install. A
small compatibility patch defers annotation evaluation so the upstream
tests work with their mocked GI repository.

Validation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (63/63),
check-license, portlint -C (0 fatal), and git diff --check.

Update the Orca port to version 50.2 with its current Python
dependencies and packaging adjustments.

- Replace the obsolete py-dbus runtime dependency with the required
py-dasbus dependency.

- Update the Orca accessibility application from 47.5 to 50.2.
- Remove the installed systemd files that are not appropriate for the
port.
- Add compatibility for upstream tests using mocked GI annotations.

- Regenerate the staged package payload and plist for the updated Orca
