  net/gnome-connections: add port (#1217)

Imports GNOME Connections 50.0 from the local FreeBSD ports tree and
adapts it for MidnightBSD.

The bundled gtk-frdp subproject supports FreeRDP 2 and 3. The current
MidnightBSD FreeRDP 3 port cannot complete its own build because its OSS
header probe misses the base header, so this port declares and was
validated against the supported, installed FreeRDP 2 ABI it actually
links.

Validation: makesum, patch, build, fake, package, test (3/3),
check-license, portlint -C (0 fatal), and git diff --check.
