  ai/py-litellm: update to 1.91.4

Dependency constraints are unchanged from 1.89.3, so no RUN_DEPENDS edits
are needed and PORTREVISION resets.

Stopping at 1.91.4 rather than the current 1.101.0 is deliberate:

- 1.91.5 and later raise the aiohttp floor to >=3.14.2, but www/py-aiohttp
  is at 3.9.3. Updating it requires two new ports (propcache,
  aiohappyeyeballs), a www/py-yarl update to >=1.17.0, and PORTREVISION
  bumps across its 30 dependents.
- 1.92.0 and later switch the build backend from uv_build to maturin and
  ship a pyo3 Rust extension, which needs USES=cargo, CARGO_CRATES for 258
  crates, and dropping NO_ARCH.
- 1.98.0 and later add boto3 >=1.43.1 to the core dependencies, but
  www/py-boto3 is at 1.38.22 and net/py-s3transfer at 0.13.0.

Those are tracked separately so this stays a plain version bump.
