  x11/gnome-console: update to 51.0 (#1289)

Updates GNOME Console to 51.0.

- Refreshes the staged translation payload
- Retains existing display-backed test coverage

Validated: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package, env -u DISPLAY
bmake test (27/27), check-license, staged plist audit, portlint -C
(artifact-only fatals), and git diff --check.

contents and preserving test coverage.
