  www/webkit2-gtk: update to 2.52.0 (#1381)

Update WebKitGTK to 2.52.0. Refresh ABI plist versions and retain/add
MidnightBSD portability patches for FreeBSD platform detection, libpas
timing, and dma-buf headers. Validated build, fake, package, test
target, check-license, portlint, and diff checks for FLAVOR=60.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update WebKitGTK to 2.52.0 with refreshed ABI metadata and maintained
FreeBSD portability support.

Enhancements:
- Update WebKitGTK to version 2.52.0 and refresh the WebKit and
JavaScriptCore ABI versions.
- Improve FreeBSD portability across JavaScriptCore, libpas, memory
allocation, and dma-buf support.
- Disable speech synthesis for the GTK build and refresh the package
file lists.
