  security/gnome-keyring: update to 51.1 (#1478)

Update gnome-keyring from 51.0 to 51.1 and regenerate distinfo.
PORTREVISION remains 0 and existing license/dependency/staging metadata
is unchanged.\n\nValidation: bmake makesum, patch, build, fake, package,
dbus-run-session -- bmake test (62/62), check-license, portlint -C (0
fatal), and git diff --check.
