  databases/postgresql-libpgeasy: fix staged docs and examples (#1513)

Fix Magus run 648 failure for port ID 2261539. Use FAKE_DESTDIR in
option-specific staging hooks and correct PORTEXAMPLES plist guards.
Validation: clean patch, build, fake, and package completed; git diff
--check passed. Portlint reports pre-existing Makefile ordering errors.
